has gained the bidding on implementation “Manager’s Training Program” Project in Uzbekistan.
Company "Donaev Management Consulting" is a partner within consortium Carl Duisberg Centren gGmbH (CDC) considered to be MTP Official Representative Office in Uzbekistan to implement «Manager’s Training Program» (MTP) TACIS project- “Managers Training Program to EU countries” in Uzbekistan.
Managers Training Program is funded by European Union within the frames of TACIS project. Managers from Uzbekistan, Russia, Azerbaijan, and Ukraine are participating in this program.
MTP program is aimed to:
- Making an assistance to the development of new independent states’ economy by assisting in manager’s preparation
- Quick increase in economic processes’ management effectiveness for the domestic enterprises
- Opportunity of familiarization with different aspects of the Western management practice
- Getting of knowledge in the sphere of west business culture
- Support and strengthening of existing co-operation, as well as new partners for domestic enterprises search
The advantage for training managers is in opportunity to familiarize deeply with some aspects of Western management practice and to receive essential knowledge in the field of the Western culture of business and practice of management.
The advantage for the companies of the countries of the EU, which are accepting the trainees is in getting of an opportunity to establish new business contacts, to receive more detailed information on concrete questions of business dealing and acquaintance with the management culture of the countries of CIS.
Description of the Program:
The program is considered for 4-week, 8-12-week training. Training begins with the introduction one-week seminar including, for example, questions of interaction of cultures, the review of economy of host countries and studying of work methods, developed in order to help to participants to execute tasks under the project in the host company.
The introduction seminar is followed with the training in the European company (8- or 12-week program) or visiting of the companies (the 4-week program). During this training in the host company the separate project should be executed by the participant.
The fulfillment of the project is controlled within the period of traineeship by ÌÒÐ Bureau of that country in which the participant has the training. The best projects are encouraged with granting of the technical and financial assistance.
The successful candidates selected in accordance with the MTP program criteria, and the enterprises recommending these candidates, do not bear any financial charges under participation in this program.
The main criteria for selection of candidates stipulated by ÌÒÐ program:
Under the 4-week MTP program:
- Age from 35 years to 55 years old;
- Professional practice duration in the company’s sphere of activity not less than 8 (eight) years;
- One of the EU countries languages proficiency is preferable, but not necessary (the translator will be provided);
- Project for training in the European profile company written in English;
- The position of Manager of the High level;
- Profound economic knowledge;
- High motivation of training and development.
Under the 8-12-week MTP program:
- Age from 25 to 40 years old;
- Professional practice duration in the company not less than 3(three) years;
- One of the EU countries languages proficiency is necessary (the translator will not be provided);
- Project for training in the European profile company written in English;
- The position of Manager of the High and Medium level;
- Profound economic knowledge;
- High motivation of training and development;
Candidates whose company has more than 51 % of foreign capital have no the right to participate in the mentioned program as well as the candidates being engaged in the banks and military development companies.
In 2000-2001 on the MTP program there were sent 34 candidates form Republic of Uzbekistan: 16 – a monthly program and 18 – 8-12 week program.
In 2003-2004 on the MTP program there week sent 130 candidates from Republic of Uzbekistan: 35- a monthly program and 95 under 8-12 week program.
In 2006-2008 it’s planned by the program MTP-4 to train 117candidates: 23 persons – under 4-week program and 94 people – under 8-12 week program. There will be 6 waves of the candidates’ sending within the period from March 2006 to March 2008.
Interested candidates should send their personal curriculum vitae and/or resume with the description of functions performed on present enterprise, and recommendation letter from the director of Enterprise.
