Quality management policy
Policy of the management of Donaev Management Consulting is aimed at constant enhancement of the quality of services along with further development of management system.
Donaev Management Consulting has the UKAS International Certificate ISO 9001:2000. The certification audit was conducted by Quality Management Systems’ certification specialists of Moody International Company.
As a result of the audit, Donaev Management Consulting received a confirmation of compliance of its Quality Management System applicable to rendering services in the sphere of:

- Marketing and sociological researches
- HR management
- Business, property, liabilities valuation
- Public sector consulting
Besides external audit conducted by specialists of a certification company, not rarely than once a year, internal audits are conducted in each department of the Company, the management analyzes effectiveness of the Quality Management System for the previous period.
